Job summary
A leading real estate firm is seeking a Senior Business Excellence Specialist to enhance organizational efficiency and service delivery quality in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in business excellence and operations transformation, particularly within real estate. Key responsibilities include designing governance instruments and leading process improvements across various functions. This role offers an opportunity to drive significant changes in operational excellence and support capability development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in business excellence or operations transformation.
- Strong understanding of real estate processes and governance principles.
- Experience in quality frameworks and SLA design.
Responsibilities
- Design and assess governance instruments for real estate operations.
- Lead process mapping and operational improvements.
- Develop cross-department SLAs and deliver training on excellence frameworks.
Skills
The Senior Business Excellence Specialist will drive excellence frameworks, process transformation, service-level design, and governance improvements across real estate development and asset operation functions. The role enhances organizational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service delivery quality.
- Design, develop, or assess governance instruments relevant to real estate operations, development management, health and safety, customer service, and facility management.
- Lead process design, mapping, and development across development, sales, leasing, asset management, and community management functions.
- Support process transformation initiatives, operational improvements, and change management.
- Develop cross-department SLAs for development, operations, finance, procurement, and customer-facing functions.
- Deliver excellence-related training, awareness sessions, and capability-development programs.
- Support the organizations alignment with excellence frameworks (EFQM, Dubai/Abu Dhabi excellence standards, or internal quality frameworks).
- 10+ years of experience in business excellence, operations transformation, or governance within real estate or large asset-intensive organizations.
- Strong knowledge of real estate development and operational processes.
- Experience with quality frameworks, SLA design, and process reengineering.
- Experience in delivering training and organizational capability building.
