We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Agent to join our growing team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in one of the world’s most competitive Real Estate markets.

As a Junior Sales Agent you will support our senior team throughout the full sales cycle from lead generation to client follow‑ups and will also have the opportunity to close deals and earn commissions under direct guidance.

You will gain real exposure to Dubai’s high‑value property transactions while developing your sales communication and market knowledge in a fast‑paced environment.

Our office is located in Boulevard Plaza Tower 1 Downtown Dubai right in the heart of the city’s business district.

Responsibilities
  • Assist senior agents with property viewings client meetings and follow‑up communications. You will also have the opportunity to close deals yourselves.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online platforms and networking.
  • Prepare marketing content and presentations for active listings.
  • Maintain accurate client data and activity tracking.
  • Research current market trends, communities and property launches.
  • Learn the legal and operational framework of Dubai real estate.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions and fieldwork.
  • Actively contribute to real deals and earn commissions with full mentorship and support.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Must have lived in Dubai for at least 2 years and be familiar with key neighbourhoods.
  • A valid UAE drivers license is required.
  • Must have your own mode of transportation (personal or rented car is acceptable).
  • Presentable, independent and driven to grow in real estate.
