We are a fast-growing real estate company in Dubai, specializing in premium property sales, leasing, and holiday home management. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team and support the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations including VAT filings
• Work closely with the management team to support financial planning and analysis
• Maintain accurate records of transactions related to both brokerage and holiday home divisions
• Use accounting software (especially Zoho) to manage financial data effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in Dubai, UAE
• Experience in Dubai's real estate industry is required, with exposure to Brokerage and Holiday Homes operations
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT regulations, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Zoho Books and other accounting software
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
