Job summary

A leading hospitality firm in Dubai is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to ensure exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of front office experience in a 5-star environment and possess a high school diploma, ideally with further qualifications in hotel management. This role requires a proactive and service-oriented individual who can coach staff and handle guest feedback effectively. Competitive compensation is offered, along with a dynamic work environment.

  • Ability to oversee and ensure operational tasks in Front Office align with service standards.
