Real Estate Manager jobs in United Arab Emirates

As the PR Manager, you will lead all external communications and media relations efforts. You’ll play a critical role in building brand awareness, positioning the company as an industry thought leader, and managing our reputation. You must have a proven track record of securing high-impact media coverage and an existing network of relevant media contacts, especially within the real estate, business, and lifestyle sectors.

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with the company’s brand and business objectives.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional media, journalists, bloggers, and influencers—especially those focused on real estate, business, lifestyle, and architecture.
3. Proactively pitch stories, thought leadership pieces, interviews, and press releases to top-tier media.
4. Draft and oversee creation of PR content including press releases, media kits, speeches, bylines, and executive bios.
5. Coordinate media interviews, press events, and site tours to generate coverage for our developments.
6. Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify PR opportunities and manage potential reputational risks.
7. Act as a company spokesperson when appropriate; provide media training and guidance to senior leadership.
8. Collaborate with marketing, social media, and digital teams to ensure message consistency and amplify PR efforts.
9. Maintain and update the media database, and track PR results using analytics tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of PR experience, with at least 2–3 years in the real estate industry.
3. Demonstrable success in securing top-tier media coverage (please provide a portfolio or links).
4. Strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers—particularly in real estate, business, and lifestyle media.
5. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
6. Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
7. Experience with crisis communication and reputation management is a plus.
