Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to build, scale, and own the complete sales ecosystem for our premium art collections. This role requires a highly strategic, network-driven professional with strong PR and industry connections across interior design, luxury real estate, and architecture. You will be responsible for establishing a robust sales engine supported by strong partnerships and a scalable agent network, driving consistent high-ticket revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Own the Sales Process
- Develop and manage a full end-to-end sales funnel (prospecting pitching closing after-sales).
- Create structured SOPs, pitch decks, flows, and deal-closing frameworks to support consistent conversion.
- Ensure a seamless, premium customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Partnership Development
- Leverage existing PR and industry relationships with interior designers, architectural firms, real estate developers, galleries, and luxury clients.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships to secure recurring and high-value sales pipelines.
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Agent Network Expansion
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a distributed network of art agents, interior consultants, realtors, and design partners.
- Establish a performance-driven ecosystem where agents actively promote, source, and close deals.
- Implement incentive structures, commission models, and support systems.
Strategic Outreach & Growth
- Launch partnership programs, affiliate models, and sales incentive initiatives.
- Drive continuous outreach via LinkedIn, CRM tools, and in-person networking.
- Collaborate with marketing to align outreach campaigns with demand trends.
Market Intelligence
- Stay current with design trends, luxury consumer behavior, and contemporary art movements.
- Analyze competitor offerings and market shifts.
- Provide insights that guide product development, marketing, and overall sales strategy.
Revenue Leadership
- Own and exceed quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Build accurate sales forecasts, track KPIs, and optimize conversion ratios.
- Report on performance and growth opportunities to leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in art sales, luxury sales, interior design partnerships, or real estate collaborations.
- Strong, established network within interior design, architecture, real estate development, and luxury clientele.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling agent networks, reseller models, or partnership ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and high-value selling skills.
- Deep understanding of luxury buyer psychology and premium positioning.
- Ability to independently create structure, strategy, and processes from the ground up.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling fine art, sculptures, limited editions, or luxury décor.
- Background in PR, brand relations, community building, or design/real estate networking.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital sales funnels, influencer/affiliate models, and LinkedIn sales strategies.
