Job description

Realiste is looking for a SIRI Manager to join our team in Dubai.

This onsite role involves working closely with real estate agents to distribute offers, support deal execution, and build long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do

As a SIRI Manager, you will work directly with real estate agents, helping them close high-value deals using Realiste’s platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Close 20+ deals per month in collaboration with real estate agents.
  • Proactively distribute offers to the market and ensure widespread visibility.
  • Retain and nurture client relationships with UAE-based agents.
  • Support deal execution, ensuring smooth closing from start to finish.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene—no unprocessed or forgotten leads.

Expected Outcomes (in the first 3 months):

  • Consistently close 20 deals/month.
  • Reach out to 500 potential clients/month.
  • Build a network of 150 active realtors.
  • Keep rejection rate below 5% for contacted clients.

  • Proactive: You take initiative and suggest improvements without being prompted.
  • Experienced: At least 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE, including offline (in-person) property deals.
