A healthcare service provider in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Arabic Speaking Recruitment Officer to drive recruitment efforts for Arabic-speaking candidates. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, fluency in Arabic and English, and experience with recruitment processes. - Utilize your language skills to ensure clear communication with Arabic-speaking candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Stay updated on market trends and cultural aspects to adapt recruitment strategies effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
