A leading HR services provider in Sharjah is seeking an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of labor laws. The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. This role involves handling the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, training, and HR administration while supporting management in building a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Responsibilities and duties :
7. Perform other related duties as required by the HR Manager.
Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on HR experience, within the UAE or GCC region.
