Job summary

A prominent recruitment agency in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR Officer to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining HR databases, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, 2–4 years of HR experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in outsourcing or manpower supply is preferred. This role contributes significantly to employee relations and HR administration.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE procedures.

Job Summary

The HR Officer supports day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR documentation, and compliance with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare HR letters (offer letters, confirmations, NOCs, etc.)
  • Coordinate employee leaves, attendance, and payroll inputs
  • Support performance management processes
  • Handle employee queries and HR administration
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
  • Assist with visa, medical insurance, and government processes
  • Support HR audits and reporting
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2–4 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE procedures
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using HR systems / ERP
Preferred
  • Experience in outsourcing or manpower supply companies
  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent)
