Senior HR Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR Operations Payroll and Recruitment across multiple international locations including DUBAI ABU DHABI KSA QATAR EGYPT KENYA TANZANIA UGANDA ETHIOPIA SOUTH AFRICA. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented process-driven and well-versed in multi-country HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management (onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR process improvements and compliance.
Payroll Management
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for multiple geographies.
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of USD (Dollar) calculations and denominations including conversions and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll closures, audits and reports.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for regional and international hiring requirements.
  • Source, screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Handle offer rollouts, negotiations and joining formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Payroll and Recruitment.
  • Experience handling multi-country HR and payroll operations.
  • Good understanding of USD currency and its denominations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS and payroll systems.
