Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and professional Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will act as a vital link between the organization’s management and its employees, facilitating the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on operational support to ensure the team remains motivated, compliant, and aligned with NWMEA’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding & Orientation: Lead comprehensive orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the team and are equipped for success from day one.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries, fostering a positive work environment and resolving workplace issues with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Oversee adherence to UAE Labor Law and company policies, managing visa processing, MOHRE contracts, and personnel files with strict confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems, helping managers identify talent gaps and development opportunities.
  • HR Operations: Maintain accurate HR data and metrics to generate reports that support management decision‑making regarding retention, attendance, and payroll administration.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a Human Resources Generalist or Specialist role, preferably within the Real Estate, Investment, or Corporate Services sectors in the UAE.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Local Knowledge: In‑depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations is non‑negotiable.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English. Strong proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
  • Attributes: High emotional intelligence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Certifications: CIPD, PHR, or SHRM certification is highly desirable.
