Job summary

A leading business process consulting firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced BPS – HR to support the Business Excellence function by documenting and optimizing HR processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong BPM capabilities and a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Responsibilities include designing To-Be processes, facilitating workshops, and analyzing HR KPIs. Qualifications

  • Experience as a BPM Specialist / Business Analyst / Process Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience in HR process mapping and SOP development.
  • Certifications in BPM, BPMN, Process Mining, or Six Sigma are an advantage.

Job description

Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced BPS – HR to support the Business Excellence function by documenting, standardizing, and optimizing HR business processes. This role will work closely with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to drive process excellence, re-engineering, and operational efficiency across the HR value chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct workshops and interviews with HR stakeholders to capture As-Is and To-Be processes
  • Design and document To-Be HR processes and workflows
  • Develop and standardize HR SOPs within the BPM governance framework
  • Facilitate reviews, feedback consolidation, and process sign-offs
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support BPM & BPR initiatives
  • Analyze HR process KPIs (cycle time, efficiency, cost, quality)
  • Maintain process documentation and SOPs in the BPM repository
  • Prepare progress reports and trackers for leadership
