Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Sharjah is seeking an experienced HR Manager from East Europe to manage employee training, recruitment, and development. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, over 7 years of experience, and must have worked in a Free Zone. Fluency in English and residency in Sharjah are essential. The position offers a competitive package of around 15,000 AED per month, with a standard working week of 5 days plus 2 Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR professional.
• Experience in Free Zone is mandatory.
• Must be an East European Nationality and a UAE resident.

Responsibilities

• Handles training, recruitment, and development of employees.
• Manages staffing and onboarding needs.
• Processes visa applications and manages onboarding/offboarding.

Key Qualifications
