- Prepare and present candidate shortlists and coordinate interviews.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
- Stay up to date with market trends and industry insights to guide clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of the GCC recruitment market is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
