A prominent service company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Recruitment Officer. This role involves managing recruitment strategies and processes while ensuring alignment with company talent requirements. Additionally, the Recruitment Officer is accountable for the day-to-day recruitment activities of the company's, which includes identifying recruitment requirements, sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates, and selecting successful candidates.

Responsible for managing the company's recruitment activities to ensure that the right candidates meet all talent requirements on time. This includes identifying recruitment requirements; sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates; selecting the most qualified candidates; and effectively onboarding new employees.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
• UAE National.
