A prominent service company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Recruitment Officer. This role involves managing recruitment strategies and processes while ensuring alignment with company talent requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years of experience. Preference will be given to UAE Nationals. This position plays a key part in ensuring the right candidates are sourced, selected, and effectively onboarded.
Accountable for the recruitment strategy, process, policies, and procedures, as well as ensuring alignment with the company's strategy and talent requirements.
Additionally, the Recruitment Officer is accountable for the day-to-day recruitment activities of the company's, which includes identifying recruitment requirements, sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates, and selecting successful candidates.
Responsible for managing the company's recruitment activities to ensure that the right candidates meet all talent requirements on time. This includes identifying recruitment requirements; sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates; selecting the most qualified candidates; and effectively onboarding new employees.
