Job Purpose

To implement and manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes in accordance with the approved policies and procedures of the company, ensuring timely attraction of suitable talent to meet operational workforce requirements. The role also manages employee relations activities and supports a positive work environment through the application of approved policies.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from hiring request to onboarding.
  • Draft and publish job advertisements through approved channels.
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and prepare evaluation reports.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
  • Prepare job offers using approved templates.
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of employee files.
  • Maintain recruitment databases with confidentiality.
  • Handle employee relations matters including inquiries and grievances.
  • Support disciplinary and compliance procedures.
  • Prepare periodic HR and recruitment reports.
  • Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Draft HR policies, procedures, and internal communications.
