Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our hotel team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and contribute to a positive and professional workplace culture within a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in line with UAE labor regulations
  • Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with relevant authorities
  • Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
  • Assist with employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company HR policies
  • Support HR audits and prepare reports as required by management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, visa processes, and HR best practices
  • Experience with HR systems, payroll coordination, and employee databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
