Job summary
A luxury beauty retailer in Dubai is seeking passionate Beauty Consultants to provide exceptional customer service and foster sales. Candidates must have at least 1 year of retail experience in beauty, excellent English communication skills, and a professional appearance that reflects the luxury brand. This role involves assisting customers with cosmetics and skincare consultations, closing sales, and handling queries professionally.

- At least 1 year of experience in retail, preferably in beauty.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Confident with a pleasing personality and good grooming.

We are looking for a diverse team of confident and passionate Beauty Consultants who can deliver a luxury beauty experience to our customers.
The successful candidate for theBeauty Consultant will have a great opportunity of working with luxury brands of perfumes and fragrances. You will be working with a dynamic Beauty Team whose common goal is to deliver excellent customer service and driving the sales of the store.
As a Beauty Consultant will be required to deliver excellent customer service through identifying customer needs, demonstrate good brand knowledge, seek opportunity to increase sales and close the sale. You would need to maintain customer database cards and cultivate loyal customers by providing complimentary beauty consultations, make‑overs and professional advice on cosmetics and skincare treatments.
Working in a dynamic environment, our Beauty Consultants should provide professional till point service and handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner. You are expected to adhere and to comply with company standards on grooming and hygiene.
The successful candidate for Beauty Consultant should have at least 1 year experience in retail preferably in Beauty. You should be confident with excellent English communication skills, possess pleasing personality and immaculately groomed that should reflect brand image of luxury prestige.
