• Act as the HRBP for Noor Al Shifa Clinics, ensuring alignment of HR practices with business goals
• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Oversee HR operations such as employee documentation, payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies
• Support employee relations initiatives and assist in resolving HR-related issues
• Maintain and update HR records and databases
• Travel regularly to various Noor Al Shifa clinic locations for HR coordination and support

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role preferred
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
