A leading HR services provider in Dubai is seeking an HR Assistant to support daily HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. This hybrid role includes responsibilities such as coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with onboarding. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has at least one year of HR administrative experience. The position offers a mix of in-office and remote work, fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring effective HR practices.
Formación
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of HR support or administrative experience.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Responsabilidades
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
