Job summary

A multinational lifestyle hospitality group in Dubai is seeking an HR Officer to support HR operations at a daylife venue. The role involves managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, maintaining accuracy in HR systems, and supporting employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, at least 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, ideally within luxury hospitality or F&B.
  • Familiarity with UAE Labor Law is essential.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
  • Prepare the monthly HR report and handle attendance management.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
