Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai for a Corporate Human Resources Manager. The role involves overseeing and developing HR strategies, policies, and practices to align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing compensation and benefits, and leading HR projects to drive employee engagement and organizational growth.
