Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter (Arabic Speaker) with at least 3 years of proven experience in retail and fashion recruitment. The role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our fast-paced retail operations and fashion divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for retail and fashion roles, including sales associates, store managers, merchandisers, and back-office support.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies).
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination with hiring managers regarding recruitment updates.
  • Prepare job descriptions, interview questions, and candidate evaluation forms aligned with business needs.
  • Manage offer letters, contracts, and onboarding formalities for new hires.
  • Maintain recruitment data and reports to track hiring performance and KPIs.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events to attract suitable talent.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and diversity hiring practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in retail and fashion industry.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written) is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of retail workforce needs, fashion trends, and market challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in bulk/mass recruitment for retail outlets.
  • Knowledge of UAE/GCC labor laws (if applicable).
