Responsibilities
  • Maintain updated and original employee documents in the system.
  • Draft HR documents including NOCs, verification letters, company announcements, etc.
  • Participate in full-cycle recruitment and HR operations, coordinating with partner agencies, employee onboarding and exit interviews.
  • Assist the Group HR Manager in preparing weekly HR reports for upper management.
Qualifications
  • 38 years old and below.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related course.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in HR industry; knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, labor law, employee onboarding, record keeping, HR admin tasks, attendance tracking, compensation & benefits.
  • Proficient in organizing files, negotiating with employees & stakeholders, knowledge of UAE labor law.
