An Assistant Housing Manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing and directing all aspects of the staff accommodation operation under the general guidance and supervision of the Human Resources department. The Assistant Housing Manager ensures that all team members living in staff accommodation receive high-quality, responsive housing management services in a safe and secure environment, including providing support where necessary. They will monitor maintenance and facilities issues of the staff accommodation to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with employee relations.
