Job Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Executive with experience in the real estate industry to support daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should be familiar with UAE labour laws and HR best practices, especially in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and warning letters
Coordinate with PROs for visa processing, renewals, and cancellations
Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with accounts team
Support performance appraisal processes and training sessions
Foster a positive workplace environment and employee engagement activities
Assist with exit formalities and documentation
Maintain confidentiality and handle HR queries professionally
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR (Real Estate experience is a strong advantage)
Solid understanding of UAE labourlaw and HR practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (Zoho People, Bitrix, or similar)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
