Job summary
A prominent banking institution in the United Arab Emirates is seeking recent graduates for its Management Trainee Program. Participants will receive comprehensive training, both on-the-job and in the classroom, aimed at developing the skills necessary to become senior officers. The program includes rotations across departments, providing a thorough understanding of the bank's operations. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have effective communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Qualifications
- Preference for relevant degree in Finance, Banking, Accountancy, Business, or Economics.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and preferably Arabic.
Responsibilities
- Receive on-the-job and classroom training to prepare for senior officer roles.
- Work with experienced managers in various bank departments.
Skills
Education
The Management Trainee Program is conducted annually for selected graduates. All Management Trainees receive specific on-the-job training, classroom training and soft skills development to enable them to assume the position of senior officer upon successful completion of the program. To gain further knowledge of NBF, the Management Trainee will work with experienced managers and through job rotation be exposed to several departments across the Bank.
Bachelor's degree
- Preference for relevant degree (Finance, Banking, Accountancy, Business, Economics)
- New Graduate.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- English written and verbal communication skills.
- Languages – Arabic speaker and fluency in English (spoken and written).
