Job summary
A global leader in oil and gas seeks a machine operator in Abu Dhabi. You will work with blasting and coating processes, verify suitable pipes, and maintain quality reports. Candidates should have a Technical Diploma and 1-2 years of experience in a similar environment. Must be a team player with a good command of English. This role offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment within a renowned international company.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in a similar work environment.
- Training certificates preferred.
Responsibilities
- Function as the operator for Prime / Coating / blasting station.
- Perform Prime, Coating (powder / liquid), Blast application according to SOP.
- Verify if pipes are suitable for coating.

Education
NOTE: Please ONLY apply if you have sufficient experience and skills required as per job description below.
Function as the machine operator for Blasting, Prime/ liquid coating and Powder station
- Function as the operator for Prime / Coating / blasting station.
- Perform Prime, Coating (powder / liquid), Blast application as Per the NOV Tuboscope Standard Operating Procedure.
- Verify through visual inspection that the pipes are suitable for coating.
- Perform necessary qualification test by the use quality control gauges to verify that the pipes meet the SOP.
- Inform the Coating Plant Supervisor or his designee if any disturbance or irregularities in the production flow occurs.
- Records Daily Production Reports, Quality Assurance/Control Reports and all necessary Reports regarding operation
- Follow all the Company HSEMS, QMS, policies and procedures
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Plant Manager or his designee
