Archibat HR is seeking an HR Specialist for an Award-Winning Interior Design firm located in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate should have a background in an Interior Design studio, with industry knowledge. Experience in SME environments and expertise in developing new policies and strategies for a growing brand are highly valued.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role within the design or creative industries is preferred.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  5. High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
