Hr Administrator jobs in United States

Coordinate and communicate with shortlisted candidates for interviews.
Arrange interview schedules and follow up on candidate confirmations.
Prepare and print employment offers and contracts.
Collect, organize, and file all HR-related documents and onboarding paperwork.
Support the recruitment team with job postings, candidate tracking, and initial screenings.
Maintain accurate records of hiring activities and provide regular updates to the HR Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment or onboarding.
Familiarity with the construction/contracting industry is an advantage.
Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus).
Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
