Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function for our organization. This includes recruitment, orientation and onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and compliance with local and international regulations. The HR Manager will also be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate setting
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices
• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SAP or other HRIS systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an asset
