JOB PURPOSE:

The Junior Recruitment Consultant will support the recruitment process by understanding client needs, sourcing suitable candidates, and facilitating the hiring process. The role involves building strong relationships with clients and candidates while contributing to team revenue targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications
  • Analyse roles to identify essential qualifications and candidate profiles
  • Source candidates using various tools and platforms
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates
  • Collect and relay interview feedback promptly
  • Assist in negotiating offers, including salaries and benefits
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of recruitment documentation
  • Stay informed on market trends and recruitment best practices
  • Contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the industry
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Up to 2 years of prior experience in recruitment, HR or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, focused, and proactive approach
  • Confident in using the phone and writing compelling job ads
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
