The American University in the Emirates (AUE) is seeking an outstanding Student Recruitment Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing and resolving inquiries complaints and concerns ensuring high levels of satisfaction while maintaining the Universitys reputation for excellent service. The role requires actively listening to students empathizing with their challenges and providing timely and effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the university student recruitment field and must be presentable with a professional appearance.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Propose and implement recruitment strategies
• Manage resources for student recruitment
• Liaise with colleges and other AUE departments in implementing recruitment initiatives
• Assist in formulating annual recruitment targets
• Ensure achievement of student recruitment targets
• Oversee the day-to-day activities and management of recruitment channels and networks
• Conduct visits to institutions and entities for recruitment purposes
• Plan and execute promotional activities such as Open Days Fairs and Exhibitions
• Maintain up-to-date records of student recruitment activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutions in the UAE for recruitment purposes

Competencies and Skills Needed

• Presentable with a professional appearance
• Strong ability to address and resolve student concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies (P2P B2B Online and Traditional Media)
• Excellent communication skills written and spoken in both Arabic and English
• Proven ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
• Solid understanding of the UAE higher education sector
• Familiarity with CRM system for student management
• MA or BA in Marketing or a relevant field plus substantial relevant experience
