A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Junior Project Sales Executive for the Sanitary Ware Division in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of project sales experience in the sanitary ware sector, a strong network in UAE construction, and fluency in Arabic and English. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to 13K AED plus commission.
Qualifications
- Open to Arabic nationals, 38 years old and below.
- At least 2 years relevant experience in project sales.
- Strong network within UAE construction & hospitality sectors.

- Identify and secure project opportunities across sectors.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles to ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent the company in client meetings and events.
- Analyze market trends and prepare sales forecasts.

- Identify and secure project opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors by developing strong relationships with consultants, developers, architects, and MEP contractors to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from product selection, pricing, and submittals to negotiation and delivery to ensure on-time project completion and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and prepare regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to advise management on strategic decisions and business growth opportunities.

- Open to Arabic nationals, 38 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- At least 2 years relevant experience in project sales experience in sanitary ware or bathroom fittings with strong network within UAE construction & hospitality sectors and proven track record in achieving project sales targets
- Proficient in CRM and advanced MS Office; must be fluent in Arabic & English
