- Work closely with product and marketing teams to drive adoption and engagement.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and relationship continuity, with a strong focus on retention and satisfaction.
- 3-8 years of experience in relationship management, corporate banking, SME lending, insurance distribution, or employee benefits.
- A strong network across HR decision-makers, SMEs, or institutional stakeholders in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving product sets.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is highly desirable.
