The Account Manager (AM) plays a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth and long‑term value within a defined portfolio of high‑potential accounts. Acting as a trusted advisor and growth leader, the AM is responsible for maximizing revenue retention and expansion by identifying and executing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and strategic alignment.
