What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary point of contact for Korean-language clients delivering exceptional service and building strong long-term relationships
• Manage the full account lifecycle: onboarding performance tracking issue resolution and strategic growth planning
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales operations product compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Analyze client data and market trends provide insights and recommendations to drive client success and business development
• Drive client renewals upselling opportunities and ensure overall retention and account profitability
• Represent our brand and values in client interactions maintaining high standards of professionalism and responsiveness

Who You Are

• Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) and strong professional proficiency in English
• Proven experience in account management client services or a similar role ideally with Korean-speaking clients
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Highly analytical with the ability to understand client data trends and drive actionable insights
• Self‑motivated organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced multicultural environment
• Willing to work onsite in Dubai UAE and engage directly with global teams and clients
