A leading family group in the UAE is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and the service team. The role requires exceptional customer service skills and technical understanding to manage service workflows effectively. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering, possess 2-4 years of related experience, and be proficient with dealer management systems. The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact between customers and the service team, ensuring a personalized, premium-level experience by effectively managing service appointments, explaining technical information, and overseeing the timely delivery of service and repair work to the highest standards.
Greet customers professionally, understand their service needs, and ensure all interactions reflect the brand’s luxury experience and values.
Accurately record customer concerns, perform vehicle walkarounds, and prepare job cards with precise repair and service instructions.
Liaise with technicians to clarify concerns, relay updates, and ensure clear communication between workshop and customer.
Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their vehicles, including service progress, additional repair findings, and estimated completion time.
Generate accurate service estimates, explain costs transparently, and obtain necessary approvals prior to work execution.
Ensure proper vehicle delivery to the customer post-service, including reviewing performed work, providing service reports, and explaining any outstanding issues.
Process warranty claims in accordance with Abu Dhabi Motors guidelines, ensuring all documentation and procedures meet OEM standards.
Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction, handle complaints professionally, and support retention through excellent service.
