Day‑to‑Day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

Responsibilities
  • Drive Leisure Segment Sales: Develop and implement strategies to attract and grow the leisure segment, including both individual travelers and groups, through tailored sales initiatives.
  • Build & Maintain Relationships: Cultivate relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and direct clients to generate leisure business for the hotel and residences.
  • Manage Key Accounts: Identify and target key accounts within the leisure segment, ensuring regular communication, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional solutions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of leisure packages and promotions.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor sales performance, track market trends, and provide regular reports and forecasts to the sales director.
  • Event & Package Coordination: Collaborate on creating tailored event packages and experiences, from weekend getaways to family vacations, ensuring they align with the luxury standards of our brand.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the leisure segment of a luxury hotel or hospitality setting (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong networking skills and established relationships within the leisure travel industry, including tour operators, travel agencies, and online platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision‑makers.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and the leisure travel landscape.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts.
  • A proactive and results‑driven approach to sales, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
