As a BMS Technician, you will play a vital role in monitoring and maintaining the hotel’s automated systems to support seamless operations and guest comfort.
As BMS Technician, you will:
- Monitor, operate, and maintain the hotel’s Building Management System to ensure efficient performance of HVAC, lighting, fire safety, and other automated systems.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS equipment, sensors, and controls.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system alarms, faults, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure integration of BMS with electrical, mechanical, and safety systems.
- Support energy-saving initiatives by optimizing system performance and monitoring consumption data.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation of BMS operations and incidents.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new system components.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Provide technical support to other departments as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support smooth hotel operations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a BMS Technician, preferably within luxury hospitality or large facilities.
- Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems, controls, and automation technologies.
- Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and fire protection systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret system schematics and technical manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work shifts and respond to urgent issues.
