Sales Manager
Job summary
A leading company in Zayed City is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to manage all aspects of sales operations and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, a proven track record in achieving sales targets, and strong organizational and communication skills. This role offers a salary of 1400 AED per month and is open to immigrants.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role required.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to create strategies that drive business growth.
- Monitor customer feedback and make adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Review customer orders, contracts, pricing, invoices and payments.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to sales operations.
- Train new staff on sales processes, products, services and company policies.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
