We are seeking an Online Consultant to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a remote customer service representative, you will work from your home, assisting clients with their inquiries and concerns through various online platforms.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media

- Address customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
