Job summary
A leading hospitality company is seeking a Regional Learning & Development Director to oversee Accor Academy's operations across the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. This role involves driving a culture of continuous learning and developing innovative learning strategies while managing high-quality learning solutions and partnerships. Ideal candidates should have significant experience in talent development, excellent communication skills, and a degree in Human Resources. This position is full-time based in Dubai, UAE.
