We develop bespoke digital strategies to help our clients achieve their growth goals, bringing together online marketing techniques including Online Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and more.

Chain Reaction is looking for a qualified Account Executive\ Content Creator to implement social media strategies that are in line with the clients’ needs, to enhance a brand’s online presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage live event coverage via phone and on-site when required, ensuring timely and engaging content delivery.
  • Create high-quality, trending social media content (Reels, TikToks, short-form videos) that aligns with brand strategy and current trends.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and clients to develop social media strategies and content plans.
  • Oversee day-to-day client communication , maintaining strong relationships and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
  • Track content performance and contribute creative ideas for optimization and audience growth.
  • Support in campaign execution , coordination, and reporting as part of account management duties.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media content creation, account management, or a related marketing role.
  • Proven ability to produce trending short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.) independently.
  • Strong video editing skills using mobile or desktop tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and engagement strategies.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience covering live events and capturing real-time content is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
