Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in transport planning, urban planning, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in transport or mobility advisory, with at least 5 years in a consultancy leading strategic engagements.
• Proven experience advising clients on transport strategies, urban mobility programs, public transit planning, or emerging mobility (e.g., EV / AV frameworks, ITS, demand management, logistics strategy).
• Strong understanding of transport governance, regulatory frameworks, and policy development in the Middle East.
• Experience leading, planning, and delivering a range of transport and mobility advisory projects, with competence in technical delivery and commercial excellence, meeting budgets and schedules.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with a confident presence and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
• Effective commercial awareness, business development skills, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to write and present winning proposals to support our clients in the Middle East.

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have :

• Experience working with ministries, regulators, transport authorities, or National Vision strategies (e.g., Vision 2030).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A passion for innovation, sustainable transport solutions, and smart mobility concepts, with an understanding of their impact on clients to help shape their thinking and market success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the Middle East.
