Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities to expand Nathan & Nathan’s client base. The role requires strong market research, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and passionate about building long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable Nathan & Nathan services and solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track, report, and forecast sales performance to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in outsourcing, HR, or related services).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
