A leading development firm is looking for a detail-oriented System Administrator & Data Analyst in Dubai. This role involves managing and optimizing CRM systems while ensuring high data quality and compliance. Responsibilities include administering the CRM platform, conducting data audits, and generating insightful reports. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in system or CRM administration along with strong analytical skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and SQL is preferred. A proactive approach and clear communication are essential.

We are seeking a detail-oriented System Administrator & Data Analyst to manage, maintain, and optimize our CRM and related systems while ensuring high data quality, compliance, and analytical insight.
This role is primarily system administration–focused, requiring a strong understanding of functional and technical CRM administration, system correctness, configurations, user management, and data integrity. The role also includes data cleansing, validation, reporting, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Administer, configure, and maintain the company’s CRM system and related platforms
- Act as the functional and technical system administrator ensuring correct system setup and workflows
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, and security settings
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and operational correctness
- Test, document, and support system updates and enhancements
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide user support
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and admin best practices
- Ensure data governance, compliance, and adherence to data standards
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems
- Perform regular data audits, cleansing, validation, and deduplication
- Enforce data collection standards and compliance requirements
- Identify and resolve data quality issues
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from CRM and other systems
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
- Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and insights
- Translate data into actionable recommendations
- 2–4 / 2–5 years of experience in system administration, CRM administration, or data operations
- Hands-on experience administering a CRM platform
- Strong understanding of CRM data models, workflows, and permissions
- Experience with data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools
- Knowledge of data compliance and governance practices
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to balance system administration with analytics
- Clear communication and documentation skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Experience with CRM integrations or automation
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations
