Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will drive FlapKap’s growth engine. You will identify, acquire, and close high‑potential SME clients across the UAE market using creative, data‑driven methods and a multi‑channel outreach strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Source, identify, and qualify SME leads across the UAE market using digital tools and data platforms.
  • Execute smart, multi‑channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, social media, etc.).
  • Own the entire outbound sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Maintain and update CRM with pipeline data, status updates, and conversion metrics.
  • Coordinate with the UAE‑based team for warm handovers, onboarding, and client success.
  • Contribute ideas, strategies, and market insights to continually improve the sales process.
