About Us

About Us : Ventures ONSITE () a product by Ventures Middle East is a subscription based platform utilized as business development tool providing accurate and detailed information on completed on-going and future construction projects.

The primary responsibility of the Business Development Executive is to sell MEA Construction Projects Data Base to Construction industry and to meet and or exceed the assigned quota within an assigned target.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand Ventures Onsites market presence. Develop and implement strategies to target potential clients and partners.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends competitor activities and potential growth areas. Use insights to guide business development strategies.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing product development and customer service to ensure support for business development efforts.
  • Reporting: Track and report on business development activities sales performance and market trends. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development sales or a related field ideally within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of market trends competitive landscape and client needs in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
  • Technology: Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools. Familiarity with project management and industry-specific software is advantageous.
