• Implement effective sales strategies targeting the Dubai hospitality market to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key hospitality clients including hotel managers and procurement teams.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized product solutions that meet client needs.
• Represent Sealy at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Monitor and analyze competitor activities providing insights to the management team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

• Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the hospitality sector with a strong focus on the Dubai market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of market dynamics and competitive landscape in Dubais hospitality industry.
• Results-oriented self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Male.
• 30 to 40 years of age.
