This is a full-time, on‑site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Ras Al Khaimah. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance with UAE labor laws, and the development and implementation of HR policies and practices. Additional responsibilities include managing performance appraisals, employee training, team development, and partnering with leadership to foster an inclusive, productive, and positive workplace culture.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor laws
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts professionally
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR regulatory requirements
• Lead performance management and appraisal systems
• Design and implement training and employee development programs
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Collaborate with leadership to support organizational development and culture initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a corporate or regional setting
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR regulations
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management
• Ability to design and implement HR policies and training programs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
